Notes:	This class will be at the Centennial Library in Greeley Co in the Room Centennial Park conference room.

You MUST bring your current (UNEXPIRED) American Heart Association BLS certificate with you. It must be an American Heart Association certificate. Any other certificate will not be accepted. A copy on your phone is acceptable..

We start promptly on time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!  If you are late, you will need to re-schedule for another date.

• To ensure the smooth operation of each class, participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for roster sign-in.

Attendance Policy

• Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or absence “no-shows.”

• If a class is missed, students will be placed on a waiting list for two (2) months to reschedule a class at no additional cost.

• A second late arrival or absence "no-show" will require the student to reschedule and repay the class fee in full.

Manuals are required for class. If you bring a manual, it MUST be a 2025 AHA manual. Manuals are $25 (cash only) the day of the class. You will need it for the 25 question test at the end of class (open book).
